  Highly recommend. I'm a novice at best and needed help transferring data from a temperamental old drive... technology can be intimidating to me at time but Ross was patient, professional and didn't talk down to my lack of knowledge like some other people have. He helped me save some of the most important data I've collected so far in life. Extremely grateful.

  As the owner of two small businesses I am very dependent on keeping all of my devices communicating properly. Recently things just seem to stop working and communicating. I had know idea what to do and was in despair. Then I called Ross at Rossmon Consulting. He is a problem solver. His calm demeanor calmed me down and his expertise is amazing to watch. Within a couple of hours everything was working together better than it was before. I was thankful to him not only for his expertise but also for his understanding. I would highly recommend him for any Apple related issues.

  Sometimes you need someone who can untangle the computer system knots that mysteriously occur, and who can also keep the good stuff good. Ross at Rossmon is that guy! He's a dedicated problem solver who also has a respect and understanding that your computer is your whole life, whether you'll admit that to yourself or not. For many years Ross has helped me on site and remotely (even from the car) with expertise that is prompt, effective and accurate. From simple setup to software snafus, you're in good hands with Ross.

  After being a Windows user for 15+ years and having an ailing Dell, I decided to switch to Apple. I selected Ross as a consultant based on the excellent reviews he received on this network. The reviewers were right! Ross helped me select and order an iMac 27" and the features it should include. When the computer arrived, he opened the shipping carton and took it from there. He transferred all my data from Dell to iMac. Retaining the Windows version of Quicken was important to me, so he transferred it to the iMac using Parallels. He purchased for me, either online or in a neighboring computer store, all the applications and devices I needed. I changed my mind a couple of times and he handled that with aplomb. He is fast, responsive, knowledgeable and cost effective. What else could one want?
