Roots provided me with such fantastic service. You can feel the soothing aesthetic of the salon as soon as you walk in. The staff is beyond friendly especially the hairdresser that cut my hair, Fabian! He put a lot of care and thought into my hectic coarse hair and gave me such an amazing cut. I was so amazed by the end result that I decided to purchase the products he used on my hair!

A friend referred Fabian to me and I'm glad I took her advice. I wanted a subtle balayage that would bring dimension to my hair and I got just that. Fabian is patient, friendly and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. He also gave me tips and advice on how to style my naturally wavy hair. I will be back to Fabian when I'm ready for a new 'do. Roots is a really cute salon btw!

I was a client of Fabian at his previous salon, and I followed him to Roots earlier this year. Yes, he's that good. Besides being an easygoing guy to talk to, he's a master with scissors and shears. Fabian is very communicative about what he's doing during the process and makes sure that you're comfortable the entire time.
