We are a small, family owned and operated repair shop that opened on this corner in 1943. We are blessed with a high volume of work (which makes us happy). Such a blessing, however, often causes a backlog of several days, making it impossible for us to give you the quick turnaround that you would like (which makes us sad).
It may not always seem like it, but we have a potent incentive to take care of our customers' needs as swiftly as possible; we don't get paid until we do the job! We regret that "as swiftly as possible" sometimes isn't very swift at all. Read more

These guys are great! My car was making a strange noise, which I thought may be a bad wheel bearing. I dropped my car off Thursday morning when they opened, and they squeezed me in by Friday afternoon. Furthermore, after checking out the car, they called to tell me that they thought the wheel bearings were fine, but rather I just needed some new tires. After getting new tires, the strange sound seems to have disappeared! These guys saved me from an unnecessary repair which would have almost certainly cost more than replacing a few tires. It's so nice to find such an honest shop. Highly, highly, highly recommended!

I love these guys. How can you do better than a multi-generational family business that's been serving the community since 1943?

They're one of the few spots in town that does emissions tests on vehicles older than 1995, and I can walk there from where I live, so it was a no brainer when I started going to this garage when I moved to ATL a few years ago. I'd only ever been for emissions tests because I rarely drive and had neglected my vehicle for a while, but every time I've gone in there I've enjoyed chit chatting with the older gentleman at the front desk. I could tell from my visits that when the time came for me to get work done on my vehicle, I could trust these guys. As a person who is both a woman and not knowledgeable about cars, that's a big deal.
Well, today the day finally came when I had to bring my car in, and they took care of me just how I imagined they would. I got my car back the same day, and they didn't try and swindle me or upsell me or scare me into getting things done, as I have had other mechanics do. Just straight and to the point, friendly, all around good business and good people. I always recommend this place and I will continue to do so! -

Dear Jesus Christ, Bless the honesty of the entire staff at Roger Jordan's Garage. My sister "Check Engine Light" came on in her 2001 Pontiac Grand AM and she took her car to Roger Jordan.
READ THIS WITH CARE: The mechanics there are soooooooo...very honest. How about they told my sister it was her (GAS CAP) that caused her "CHECK ENGINE LIGHT" to come on. Wow!!! what honesty.
We have a 1996 Dodge Caravan that was in a shop for over 2 1/2 months and it would not give the mechanics at that shop a code as to what was wrong with it so they could repair it. How about the van was taken to Roger Jordan and the mechanics there didn't need a code and our van was repaired in less than 2 days tops. WHAT AN AWESOME GOD WE SERVE TO REDIRECT US TO ROGER JORDAN. Amen -

I've been bringing my old (mostly) reliable truck to Roger Jordan Garage for a few years. I've never had a mechanic I appreciated so much! They always take me to my truck and show and explain what exactly needs to be done and give options for parts and work. They take responsibility for any mistakes and/or mishaps and always do thorough quality work. They never make me feel stupid or judge the shoddy amateur work that I do myself either and even will give advice over the phone. Prices and very fair and unbeatable and I never feel like I'm being upsold unnecessary work. I always appreciate the honesty and friendliness from everyone that works there! Sometimes there's a wait but it's always worth it because you know that they spend time working on everyone's vehicle.
