After another plumber stood us up on the maintenance we called Rocket Plumbing – and they had someone over to assess our problem within hours. The scheduling was easy, and the scheduler even worked to accommodate us with an earlier time given our concern over a potential leak. The plumbers who showed up were on time, friendly and professional – we were very happy with their service and even have called them out again to help us with other plumbing needs. Fair pricing. Sam and Z were so good! They were extremely professional and very patient as we worked to get the water shut off with the building engineer in our condo building. They explained everything that needed to be completed and even gave some pointers for another project they were helping me with.

We had a pipe break and within 45 min Rocket had Anthony and his laborer onsite to help! Super professional and extremely helpful. Anthony was able to quickly assess the problem and had the problem resolved within an hour. He also looked at something else I was wanting a plumber for. Highly recommend Rocket!
