  I had a malfunction and Kate. I thought it was going to cost $200. He ended up charging me seven dollars for a simple fix. Highly recommend this place.

  Very efficient knowledgeable staff. Even after I replaced my battery in my key fob at home it wouldn't work. The technician could have charged me a big programming fee and I would not have known the difference. However he just replaced my replacement battery and I was ready to go. Honesty is so important in business. I will use Robbins Safe and Lock for all my car and home key needs.

  Needed two keys made for my SUV. Walked in and served immediately. Customer service was so perfect I didn't know how to react. Military friendly and competitive prices. If I ever have any key and lock issues, I will be returning to Robbins. (Not far from Lackland!)

  I think we offer a good service I appreciate all the good reviews to the ones that aren't happy oh well those are the type of people that will never be happy because they didn't get it for free

  This business is excellent. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I bought a pre-owned car that came with only one remote access key. They explained the differences and pros/cons of each of the key options. They were able to make the key for me right away. It was much better than going to the dealer as far as pricing. They saved me over half. I accidentally left my credit card behind and a staff member called me to tell me and placed it in the mail to get to me quickly. I don't have anything negative to say about this company. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!
