  I bought a new road bike from them. They were super knowledgeable and helpful in determining the right bike for me. And when you need a repair you can count on them to do it fast and well.

  Great experience demoing Pivots from them. Bikes were ready to go right after they opened. The demo bikes were clearly well maintained and well speced. The staff was friendly and helpful. They set up the suspension, and helped us load the bike into our vehicle. Their prices are quite good compared to the competition as well. I definitely would not hesitate to demo bikes from Roaring Mouse again.

  So I came in completely PETRIFIED about an upcoming bike trip to France (as it would've been only my SECOND time on a "real" bike, as opposed to riding back and forth from the beach in Venice to Malibu), and Rocky was amazing and patient. He helped me figure out how a Roubaix worked and sold me some kick ass bike shorts to boot! He was very informative and helped me out even though I was badgering him with a million Qs. Well, I had an amazing time biking and my butt survived too! Thanks!

  The best bike shop around! I was visiting from Oregon and had been wanting to demo a Pivot Mach 4. Called the shop and Chris Lane offered to build one for me to demo with all the components I wanted. Couldn't have been nicer! Needless to say, I loved the bike and bought it. Top quality build on the bike and wonderful, trustworthy people to deal with. I may have to buy another bike for my husband from them

  Omg, she handles like a brand new bike now! The gears are nice and shiny, the service department didn't overcharge me and the sales people were totally chill and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want or need while I was on-site.

  Used to get repairs done here when they were in the inner sunset and have bought kids bikes from them. Great service and plenty of choices. Love the location in the presidio
