Been doing business with Ride Away Bicycles since 1996. Staff always able to repair or perform upgrades to my bicycles in a timely and detail oriented manner. Even though I no longer live in San Antonio, I still call to get answers to my questions regarding repairs, upgrades, etc., and the bike shop employees are always friendly and willing to help answer my questions. Many kudos for a great bike shop and well trained employees.

A few years ago, I had gone to a few bike shops for advice, and definitely a purchase.... One of the other popular places made me feel welcome..... I wasn't worth their time.... The second, the sales guy made a comment under his breath, that was apparently supposed to be just a thought...( Oops, I guess)... I should have listened to my friend's advice, and head to Ride Away.. every time I've gone to Ride Away, it's been a great experience. ...

Every time I come into the shop they are always super helpful. Today I came in the store mid day on a Saturday and they cut a spoke for me in about a minute. Other local stores did not stock the size. Thank you!

Been coming to Thousand Oaks/Redland location for 5 years. Always the best service and the guys in the shop know their business and are genuinely nice guys to just hang out and talk to. Brad, Steve, and Jonathan won't try and sell you anything, they make sure it's the right fit for you. Can't say enough good things about the crew at Thousand Oaks, they do have my business for life!!!

Ride away is awesome, they have knowledgable and friendly staff as well as gnarly bikes. This place is what i call a complete bike boutique where they carry awesome brands like SantaCruz, Scott, Giant, Salsa, Juliana, etc. Their service is fast and good, ive had my back bike in a couple of hours after dropping her of for a fine tune. Brad is your MB guy, he knows pretty much everything related to setting up and modifying your mountain bike. ...
