  Wow -- I never thought I would enjoy physical therapy! Reggie, Lucy and the entire staff made the challenge to get better a positive experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional and sensitive to my needs. The office is clean and cheery. The staff happily answered my countless questions about my exercises. The owner, Reggie, runs a tight ship and made sure he checked on my progress every time I was there. If you have to go to PT, this is the place!

  ...The staff: some of the nicest people I have ever met. Reggie evaluated me and my knee in my first visit. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I knew I'd found my rehab spot after the first visit. He assigned me to Lucie, and she expertly guided my recovery from crutches to running on a treadmill only 88 days after surgery to running a fast (for me) 5K on the Rockaway boardwalk 3 days after I graduated. She pushed me in my exercises, allowed me to push myself, and reigned me in if she thought I was over-doing it. She made it a point to get to know me, and that made PT something to look forward to, rather than dread. I can honestly say that I miss my twice/week visits already, and look forward to returning to say hello...

  ...From the moment I met Reggie, Lucie, Dorleen & the rest of the staff I knew I had made the right choice. They were kind and attentive while simultaneously pushing me to progress week after week. After almost a year of being with them they felt less like doctor/patient and more like family. Reggie would go out of his way to over explain everything until I was comfortable and may be the most friendly doctor I've ever met. Dorleen & Lucie worked with me the most and they both made a grueling experience actually fun. I almost miss the "torture"/therapy sessions with Lucie bending my knee until i cried ;)...

  I was having lower back issues and wanted Dr. Reggie to confirm my self diagnosis. Despite knowing that I had no intention to seek long or even medium term care (i.e. I was not going to be a client), Dr. Reggie and his entire staff were incredibly accommodating and personable and helped me create a rehabilitation plan I could implement at home. My experience with medical professionals has mostly been the exact opposite, they tend to want to expedite the healing process and don't become invested.Therefore my time, albeit brief, at Restore PT was a great experience and one that I'd recommend to friends and colleagues.

  Excellent team supervised by Reggie! Came here after an ACL reconstruction and menisci surgery and was back on my feet in no time! The staff are diligent and committed and always have a smile. They are also very flexible with their schedule and are very accommodating. It is great to have Physio clinic such as Restore Plus in the community.
  
  Also a very smooth process with my insurance company.
  
  I would highly recommend Restore Plus.
