Terrific! My tenant called with an ant infestation. The recommended firm couldn't come for 6 days. I found Tom on Yelp and was able to schedule him the next day. He was prompt, thorough, clean and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain to me - the long distance owner - specifics that you don't get from a lot of pest control people. We moved to our house in 4SRanch after the tenant left late July and had a pest emergency invasion all over the place. Called Tom on Saturday and he was at my place on Sunday. He explained the process very well and managed the issue professionally. Tom fixed our pest problem and he came twice so far continue the treatment but it's been so efficient.
