  I have used Reliance multiple times over several years. We have investment properties, in which we've used Reliance to repair or install new A/C units. They have always exceeded our expectations as far as workmanship and customer service. At one point, Dalen was up in our attic repairing an a/c unit, and he noticed our central vacuum was disconnected, and he fixed that! These people couldn't be nicer, including the office staff. This morning we called Dalen, an a/c unit wasn't working, and within 2 hours, someone was out and our unit was repaired. They never overcharge, or replace anything that can be repaired. I highly recommend this company.

  I have used Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning for over 15 years and I love them. During this time, I used someone they recommended in Surprise for a rental and was very pleased with them; I also lived out of their work area in Maricopa for several years; but I've always come back to them when possible, because I have complete trust in the company and the owners. I've always felt like they've been truthful about the condition of my equipment and they've always serviced it correctly the first time. ... Thanks to Dalen and his crew!

  We got several quotes from companies when needing to replace our air conditioner this past spring. Dalen at Reliance took the time to educate us on what would work best in our home and we can't be happier with the service, performance of the equipment and the energy savings we've seen in the last six months. According to our APS bill we've save $368 and used 27% less electricity as our efficient neighbors! Everyone at Reliance has been professional, courteous and well qualified. Definitely would recommend this company!!

  Moving to the Valley leaves you a bit nervous when looking for repairman. Fortunately we found Dalen at Reliance. They came out and gave us a fast estimate and ultimately installed a new AC unit without forcing us to get more than we needed.
  
  It looks like they have a great business going and I would recommend him to a friend and use them again.

  Very professional, solid follow up, punctual, and all around great service. Owner was great over the phone and the service tech was great. Only minor disruption was that they said they didn't take Amex, but then ended up accepting it when I told them that was my preferred method of payment for all of my spending.
