  We contacted Relay Pest Control and they were able to respond within an hour or two. The owner, Nate Williams, provided us with excellent service in a professional manner. He was able to recommend a treatment plan to combat our problem. We will definitely use Relay Pest Control again and will refer him to our friends and family.

  Nate is awesome! We had a random ant issue last year and again this year. Nate is super responsive and professional. He's on time, thorough and stands by his work. Truly a wonderful human being! Nate is my go to guy when I run into pest issues.

  Relay pest controll was one of the best experiences my husband and i have had dealing with hiring people for home improvement works ,we had a problem with ants and termites and mr.nate willams was able to do his job professionally and thoroughly.He was able to rid our home of those pests and haven't had a problem since.I really recommend Relay pest controll ,the price was very well as well as the service .Thanks again Relay!

  Absolutely wonderful service! We had a mouse problem in our house. When I called to schedule and exterminator, they made sure to send someone out the very next day. The exterminator, Nate, arrived exactly when scheduled, was friendly, and did a very thorough job. He not only put out fresh bate, but searched the house to figure out where the mice were coming in. He stuffed holes with steel wool, even moved appliances to make sure there were no entry points behind them. He was also great with my very inquisitive toddler. I can't rank this man's work highly enough.

  Nate is a delight to work with, which is saying a lot given that we were contacted him about a rat situation in our Baltimore rowhouse. He came by and gave us a quote the same day we called; talked with us clearly about our options and costs; and did a great job finding and solving the problem. He also followed up with us on July 4, which *could* have been his day off. Great service, reasonable price: cannot recommend Relay more highly!
