The instructors are very nice. The studio is very clean and nice. The teachers are great you will leave with a sweat. Went back to work drenched. They seem to have classes at 12 everyday which are perfect for lunch time but be prepared to sweat a lot.

I never took a yoga class before going to Reef Point. I wanted to try something different. What I love is that they have different classes for different skill levels, and they have a lot of all level Vinyasa classes so that you can always find one to attend.

... Definitely check out Reef Point if you are a newbie. After my first month, I am seeing an increase in my flexibility, and although it is challenging, you can always modify, use blocks, etc. All of the instructors are open for questions. There is even a beginners series where they go through the basics in a few classes. It's great for gaining a better understanding of yoga, positions, form, etc.

This place is like home :). I've done yoga in Dallas for over 10 years, and I can confidently say this is the most comfortable, welcoming, warm (not just from a temperature standpoint) studio I have had the pleasure of attending. The owner and all of the teachers are genuine and kind. They accommodate a range of experience levels. The studio is clean, bright and beautiful. I am so glad to have them in the neighborhood!

I've been to many yoga studios around DFW and this is by far the best. There are classes from early am until 8:15 at night. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and passionate. The studio is a peaceful place that does not have mirrors. I love that! I'm more focused on my practice and less worried about being "watched." Do yourself and drop in for a class.

Really love this studio and the instructors. They are so kind and went the extra mile to fix a miscommunication. Definitely recommend this beautiful space to anyone looking for a friendly community of yogis to get their sweat on with.

This place just emits good vibes.
