Rainbow Pediatrics not only treats children, they provide vision and hearing testing, behavioral assessments, ear piercing. There are open walk in hours every day for the sick, quick to get you in, rapid response time, triage nurse available to speak to, late hours & Saturday appointments, on call nurse 24/7 & Dr.'s are quick to respond. The customer service is outstanding, they treat you like family. Our daughter has MSPI & GERD. They were quick to listen to my concerns, free ( tons) formula samples & quick referral to specialists. The practice includes two locations.

We love the Dublin office! We have almost always been able to get in same day for sick visits and the walk-in appointments and Saturday hours have worked very well for our family. The staff is so nice...my kiddo loves seeing Shawnee at the front desk! This is really a great office to go to!

I have read some parents' recent reviews and admittedly have personally experienced some decline in service at the New Albany office over the past several years. I have even been considering finding a new peds practice bc so many of our favorite doctors and nurse practitioners have since left Rainbow Pediatrics.

However, based on my experience yesterday and today - I feel like there is at least an effort being made to change and improve. Thank you Nurse Karen at the Dublin office for helping and supporting our needs. You are indeed appreciated and very much needed! -

I contacted nurse Karen regarding an issue I was having getting a referral appointment at NCH. She kindly told me she would get this resolved and return my call in 5 mins. True to her word, the phone rang and my appointment was set. Karen was extremely professional and helped me navigate the confusing health care system. I highly recommend Rainbow Pediatrics!!

Doctors are very smart! Always clean and they are gentle when giving shots. A wonderful place to take my daughter out need to exp this place for your self your see the exceptional care
