  Based on reviews here on Yelp I called Pure Water to look at my pool assuming it needed to be drained, acid washed and refilled. Robert came out and checked out the pool and told me to contact the contractor who replastered the pool back in 2010 because the calcium spots looked like breaches in the plaster allowing calcium from the underlying gunite. I called the contractor and am now getting the pool redone with a huge discount.
  Thank you so much for your valuable advice Robert and the next time I need help with the pool you will be the first call that I make and will refer you to the neighbors with pools.

  Laura and her team are a breath of fresh air in an industry that is chock full of less-than-stellar pool cleaning and service people. After going through two different lousy pool cleaning companies over the course of the first 9 months after we bought our house, I turned to Yelp and found Pure Water. I immediately knew they were different from the rest when Laura came over to our house to take a look at our pool, test our water, and provide a full assessment before giving us a quote. We've had Pure Water on the job since August, and the service from Dylan our assigned pool guy has been stellar. He shows up on the scheduled day without fail (unlike fired Pool Company #1), and he completely understands how our complex pump/solar/chlorinator system works (unlike fired Pool Company #2). Pure Water gets my highest recommendation.

  Robert and Laura are great people and we're very happy we chose them for our pool repairs. They are honest and straightforward and they really appreciate the fact that not everyone has tons of money for expensive repairs. They gave us honest advice about the best repairs for our money and didn't try to talk us into more expensive options. We've had them out for additional repairs (it's an old pool and the previous work on it was shoddy), and they've been great every time - often finishing early and making sure the pool is sparkling.
  
  We'll definitely go with them for our annual filter cleaning and any other pool work that we need done! :-)
