  Mike is who to go to for your home inspection. The home I had inspected was in Vista and he did a great and thorough job.
  -He was very accommodating to the time I needed
  -extremely thorough in his inspection (he found quite a number of things and took photos of everything)
  ... -Mike answers any and all questions that pertain to your home inspection well. Very knowledgeable about his profession. If your on the bubble for who to pick just call him, you will feel comfortable right away.

  I went with PRP Inspections after some research on Yelp. PRP may not have the sheer numbers in terms of reviews, but the absence of negative reviews with concerning issues (it helps to read the negative reviews carefully. Some negative reviews are hardly justified.) sealed the deal.
  
  Mike was knowledgeable and friendly. I have had experiences with 3 other home inspectors in the past, and they weren't nearly as friendly or accommodating. They did not explain everything as the inspection was being carried out. Mike made everyone feel comfortable and was happy to answer any and all questions for us as he was doing the inspection. ...

  My wife and I were very impressed with the home inspection service from Mike. He was prompt and very thorough. He explained everything he was checking, showed us how he comes to those conclusions, and was also personable which is always a nice bonus! It hardly felt like a business transaction because of his friendly nature, yet you never forget he is a professional doing his job. We never felt rushed and he was happy to answer any questions we had. If and when we buy again, we will gladly use Mike and his PRP Inspections. Thanks, Mike!

  I was searching for an experienced and reliable home inspector to come out and inspect a property that I was looking into purchasing. Mike was recommended to me by a previous client. He came out and inspected the property and gave some great advice. Mike does a great job with home inspection services San Diego. I would suggest him to anyone in need of a great inspector.

  From the beginning, Mike was quickly available and, on the day of the inspection, arrived on time as promised. He did not mind having myself tag along for the inspection at all, and clearly explained and pointed out everything that he noticed. He had a very methodical and orderly approach to his job. ...
