  These guys are fantastic. They were able to squeeze in my appointment the day before 4th of July (when they were slammed with requests to have pools serviced before 4th of July parties). I had just moved into a new house with a hot tub and I was eager to use it right away, so I really appreciated their ability to get out to my house and get the hot tub ready to use. They did a full drain, clean, and refill and it left my hot tub looking brand new.
  
  I would absolutely recommend ProTouch to others for your pools and hot tubs.

  The Pro Touch Team does an awesome job! I utilize them for weekly services and repair. They are very dependable, professional and will work with you on scheduling. I highly recommend them for any pool or spa services.

  Talk about great service...Glenn was referred and helped me with a stuck pool valve. While he was in our backyard he noticed a large PVC pipe running from a filter mechanism close to the house and into the pool. Our old and obsolete "pop-up" filter system had failed many years ago and our pool guy at the time, rigged and set-up the large PVC pipe to by-pass the failed system. The PVC pipe traversed the main pathway in the backyard and was unsightly and hazardous as one could trip over it in the dark. We thought we would have to live with PVC pipe forever or pay big bucks to install a new filtration system. Glenn said his company could fix the system and get rid of the pipe. Pro Touch then sent out Greg to assess the situation and Greg had the PVC pipe removed and the filter system still running in literally, a matter of minutes! Greg is experienced, knowledgeable, able and professional. The cost to us was $125. We are very pleased with Pro Touch. Thank you to Glenn and Greg!

  Honest, Trustworthy, Cheerful and Helpful
  
  I wanted to express my extreme satisfaction with the staff at ProTouch Pool Services. The company, and more specifically Glenn, is the most polite, customer focused advocate I have ever worked with in the Pool business. His knowledge of the pool systems, his email, phone and in person interaction is beyond reproach.
  This company is top-notch. Thanks to the entire team in the background and Glenn and Greg for quick response and on-site troubleshooting and fixing my heater issues in a timely manner.
  
  Because of the above It is clear that I will continue using ProTouch for all my pool needs.

  We used ProTouch Pool Services to perform a pool inspection on a home we are hoping to purchase. Kevin was quick to respond to our request, and he made it easy to schedule an appointment the very next day. At the appointment, he was prompt, thorough, and honest. He offered important insights and explained things in a way that was clear and easy to understand. Instead of the nickel-and-diming you find with some companies, Kevin was actually quick to make suggestions and recommendations that will save us money in the future, and there were no hidden costs or attempts at up-selling. His service was also less expensive than the competitors I called even though ProTouch has greater experience, licensure, and top reviews. You won't go wrong with ProTouch Pool Services if you need a pool inspection!
