  100% satisfied with the inspection on our new construction home in the Heights. Extremely thorough and they also give advice on how to make sure the punch list items are actually done by the builder. They caught stuff I would have never guessed people would look for. You pay a bit more that other places, but the return on investment is well worth it.

  Very thorough. Sol explained everything and provided a very detailed report. This was a new house and I'm very happy I hired them to inspect it as the builder would not have repaired and corrected the deficiencies without this report.
