Our inspection includes all structural, mechanical and pest of the building. We go under the house in the crawlspace, on the roof, in the attic and through the house. We operate all systems and examine all installations if possible. When necessary, the latest in inspection tools (moisture meter, carbon monoxide detector, natural and sewer gas detector, hygrometer, and digital thermometer) are used when the situation warrants it. Property Inspector llc has been inspecting homes for me since 2005. No matter how busy, they always find a way to squeeze me into their schedule whether it's early morning or late evening. With frequent requests from buyers for last minute preinspections, it is nice to know that I can always count on them. Reports are detailed, they provide photos, descriptions & recommendations and then emailed immediately upon completion of inspection. Jim and Merlita make a great team and I highly recommend their services.

As you know, the process of a buying a home is already nerve-wracking, however, Jim and Merlita made this process much smoother for us. Being a first time home owner, I had no idea what to expect for a property inspection. Jim and Merlita allowed me to follow them around and ask questions as they inspected our home, which was very comforting. At the end, they reviewed what they found on their computer in very nice presentation. Allowing us to ask questions as needed.
