  I have had really nothing but positive experiences with the store. They have good honest prices, they are definitely knowledgeable about instruments especially Guitar's, and super nice guys. Andrew has been very helpful setting up peddle boards, and seems to have a lot of knowledge concerning pedals as well. He helped me find the perfect acoustic pick-up for my live guitar setup. I know Ian personally, and there's something to say about a person who enjoys their job, which is working on Guitars. His work is excellent, and sometimes they run a great special that includes setting up your guitar and cleaning up the frets nicely. Not to brag on Guitar Center, but these guys are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Highly recommended!

  Loved the experience checking out this shop. Killer vibe. Trent was very welcoming and helpful. Can't wait to get home and checkout the pedals I picked up. Whenever I'm in DSM I'll be stopping by to checkout the new gear. Thanks!!

  This has been my go to music shop for almost 5 years. It doesn't matter if you go spend a hundred bucks on a cheep squire, or thousands on a custom strat they take care of you, like no one else will. The amount of knowledge and experience they have, make your experience easy and fun. I won't ever buy an instrument anywhere else. Trust me, give them a shot. Skip guitar center, and head straight here. Much better selection anyway!

  I've been buying guitars, amps, and strings from Professional prior to its moved to the new location. Trent(owner) has done a great job reinventing it since it's move. Though I do miss the hallway leading to the basement full of amps and guitars, don't forget all the old oddities that had been there for years. I mean years! Moving forward, the selections of guitar/bass/banjos is simply amazing!! Either electric or acoustic whatever your preference is. Ranging from a lower end nicely priced around the camp fire choice to high end I got a paying gig tonight piece. I love dropping into the show room and playing new and used guitars, while I'm there to pick up strings. Professional also has the largest selection of peddles I've ever seen. They will even work out trades with some of your peddles you don't use for anything they have on hand. I'm a huge Martin fan and Professional has a huge selection of Martins in all price ranges...
