There's a lot of locksmiths that say they are 24/7, but when you call them at 6:30am after getting locked out of your home, you will quickly learn that many of them aren't around when you truly need them. Idan came out within 15 minutes of my call and got me back in the home where my keys were sitting where they usually do. They provided an upfront estimate when I called, with no surprises. Very professional, informative, and easy to work with. Arrived on time, communicated clearly, and understood what I wanted done in my commercial office suite. Gave me a competitive quote with all my costs clearly broken out, which is much more than I can say for some of their competitors. I ultimately went with a different company whose schedule fit mine better, but if I had worked with these folks, I would have felt very comfortable and in good hands. Would not hesitate to consider working with them in the future based on this experience.
