Honest, on time and friendly!!! It's hard to find a decent repair service, especially one that you trust. I am so glad I found Lance and his team. I feel like they are always honest and have never to wait too long for the repair or that I have been ripped off (my oil change is $40 less here than at the jiffy lube I used to use....and since I have to have it done once a month because of my job I really appreciate the price difference). Keep up the good work!!

I had an awesome experience with this place. I took in my car because it had been having problems starting for a few weeks. It would randomly just click instead of starting up. I told them I thought I needed a new starter but I didn't really know.

Lance and his guy took a look, tightened up a few battery connections, and it seemed to be starting with no problem at all. He told me he was happy to replace the starter if I really wanted it but the best bet would be just use the car for a few days and see how it goes.
Many other mechanics would've gladly taken the $400 in work. It meant a lot to me that he was really looking out for me. There's a lot of untrustworthy people in this industry so I'm very happy to find a mechanic with integrity. -

My old BMW had a loose shift handle and I couldn't find any shop that would even look at it until I called Professional. Lance said that he wasn't sure his people could fix it (it was a 1990) but I should bring it by and let him look at it.

I brought it by, his mechanic looked at it and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Nice!
This was my first experience with Professional but it won't be my last. I heartily recommend them. -

I've brought my 2002 Volvo XC in for service twice in the past year and had excellent experiences. Both times I've been called within two hours of dropping off my car (I didn't schedule appointments) with a full explanation of the work I could potentially have done, the cost, and--most importantly to me--the implications of not having the work done.

Lance has been very honest about which repairs were urgent and which I could hold off on. On my most recent visit, they informed me that my suspension needed about $3,000 in repairs, but admitted that this likely exceeds the current value of the car. They know Volvos well and helped me think through the car's future and the cost vs. benefit of having the repairs done. I will definitely continue to trust the team at Professional Automotive Repair for all of my service needs. -

Great overall experience with Lance here. I brought my car in with broken AC a few months ago. It ended up needing some expensive replacement parts so I didn't get it fixed immediately, but Lance was nice enough to do the diagnostic test free of charge anyway. He really seems like a genuine and trustworthy person and business owner. I brought it back a few months later (Word to the wise: don't think you'll be able to get through a summer in Atlanta without AC. It's not realistic.) and he had everything fixed in just a few short hours. Honest, fair and high-quality service.
