  Priscilla was very professional and pleasant to work with. She was right on time and notarized some documents for my senior Mom. She was very pro-active and protective on behalf of my mother which I appreciated very much. I found the charges for her services to be very reasonable and I would recommend Priscilla and definitely use her services again.

  I have now used this notary for 2 reverse mortgage closings. Both had issues for missing signatures. Both times she was unavailable to fix her mistakes. The first time the borrower had to print sign and scan and fed EX the counseling cert she did not get signed. The 2nd time the same issue arised with the counseling cert but also additional missing signatures on docs. I had to hire another notary to handle as she was not available. I will not be hiring this notary again.
