I contacted Hoss as I wanted an appt for Home inspection over the weekend and luckily he had availability. He was very responsive and professional to talk.

The report was ready the very next day with concise description of the problems and very good clear pictures. The report also had future maintenance tips.
I would gladly suggest Hoss to anyone for home inspection. -

Hoss is your guy for home inspections. He has the wide ranging background and expertise to not only inspect your home, but give fantastic context. He was so easy to work with. Even though he has contracting and engineering expertise, everything was explained in down to earth, simple English. He's extremely helpful as an on going resource for us and someone who earned our trust right away because of his deep and versatile knowledge base. He was also extremely flexible with us working in a crunched timeline. I can't recommend Hoss enough - truly.
