  Dealing with water in your basement is never a good experience, but Jim and his team helped us through. Responded to my request for help right away and got to us quickly...he and his team worked fast and furious to clean up our mess and set us on our way to healing. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

  Our basement flooded 2 weeks ago. Jim and his crew worked into the night extracting water and taking out our carpet. Miles came by the next day and wrote up a list of damaged contents along with pictures for our insurance company. The crew removed all of our damaged items and set up fans and dehumidifiers. The entire process was as painless as they could make it. They worked with our insurance company and submitted the claim. I would heartily recommend Pride! Top notch and caring from the top on down!

  Everyone was so friendly and helpful at Pride Cleaning. Our house was vandalized and they came in and cleaned it top to bottom! They did a great job and took their time to make sure it was done well. We had to return to work the next day and they worked all day at our house. Great family operated small business with integrity!

  I had a water pipe break in between the outside wall and the finished plaster wall. ... The process is an experience which Pride will walk you through at any hour of the day or night and will explain the importance of each step. You will not meet any nicer owners who live up to the name of their company. A special thanks to the staff who kept their cool and professionalism in the worst of conditions. I would recommend Pride Cleaning & Restoration to anyone who has a flood or other disaster to their home or business.

  The recent heavy rains caused flooding in one of our bedrooms and it was so stressful finding someone to help us. Pride Cleaning and Restoration came the same day! They were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They had sensors to locate exactly where all the the damp areas were. Carpets were soaked and they extracted all the water. Harry, the technician, was great and explained the whole process. I would definitely call these guys again!
