  We picked pretty occasions after interviewing several wedding planners. We had (unknown to us) an aggressive timeline for when we wanted a wedding so During the first phase Solmaz got us started on the path right away. ... We were dumb struck. By the middle of the afternoon that same day (3 days before the wedding) Solmaz had used her contacts so we had a list of locations to choose from. When we picked the location Solmaz went to work negotiating the more expensive location we had choosen down a similar price to the orginal venue. The rest of the week she spend coordinating with the other vendors to ensure everything arrived and and was arranged for the new locations. We had a great wedding. Our guest were stunned but how smoothly it ran. We got comments telling us it looked like it had always been planned for the new location.

  Solmaz is an amazing wedding planer and such a blessing to work with. From the first contact to the weekly calls to fine tune the details up to our wedding day, each interaction with her was so enjoyable. She is attentive to details, has a great vision for design and is always so calm! Solmaz made our wedding such an amazing memory! Our wedding details were admired by all our loved ones. Thinking back, all we remember from that wedding day is the beautiful décor, the delicious food, the fun and crazy dance moves and endless wines. It was an incredible night and having Solmaz there really allowed us to not have to worry about anything and take the time to soak up each moment of it and enjoy each other.

  Deciding to work with Pretty Occasions, was by far the best decision I made in regards to the wedding planning process. After my first meeting with Solmaz, I felt assured that my wedding would be executed with quality and precision. Solmaz is an exceptional wedding planner. She is thorough, communicative, calm under pressure, resourceful, personable, creative, professional, and passionate. With her help and vision, I was able to transform my blank-slate venue into a beautiful and welcoming space. Our guests' rave reviews of our wedding validated all of Solmaz's hard work.   ... I truly enjoyed working with her and I'm grateful that she was able to pull it all together so marvelously. She was always easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to requests, questions, and such. I'd love to use her services again for another event. Thank you for everything, Solmaz!

  Our Sonoma, CA destination wedding day was absolutely perfect and went off without a hitch thanks to Solmaz! She has an incredible eye for details, design and aesthetic and was there every step of the way for our wedding planning process. ... She managed everything seamlessly, allowing for us to enjoy our wedding day without thinking about the logistics. Solmaz also had a very caring and warm disposition throughout our wedding planning journey, not only with us but with our other vendors we were working with, and our families and friends the day of the wedding as well.
