Chris performed superior work on carpet that had significant pet stains and fur. He was very professional and thoroughly explained the work that would be required to repair the extensive damage to our carpet. Before he came to our home to evaluate this damage, we were almost to the point of replacing the carpet but he was able to save it! The carpet now looks almost brand new. Chris is very friendly and helpful on the phone. I hired Chris to clean my mother in law's house with terrible dog stains thru out the carpet. He did an excellent job and all stains are gone.
