  They are knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate - which is especially nice when your furbaby is in trouble - or worse, needs to be put down..
  
  They do offer cremation services, and if you so choose, you can bring home the ashes in a carved box and they create an ornament with a paw print of your departed fluffy..
  
  While its incredibly hard to lose a fluffy (i had one pass from liver failure and another of cancer) - being able to keep these beautiful boxes preserves their memory without having an urn..
  
  The staff gives a final exam.. and they have a quiet yet comfortable room to allow you to say your goodbyes..
  
  The ladies - during both times i had to go - were utterly exceptional and understanding.. and helped is throughout the process in the kindest manner possible..

  The compassion that was shown for my family and myself was truly a gift. Arriving at 3:00am having to put my sweet yorkipoo to sleep was devastating. The vet and tech on duty were kind, caring and made it a family experience that I will never forget. Thank you so much for showing more compassion than I thought possible.

  We have been to this location a few times in the past. We had to take in our 18 year old cat late last night, and the staff continues to amaze us. Dr Ballotti was amazing, and you could tell she really cares for the animals. I recommend this business 100%!

  Dr. Ko and his team provided the absolute best care of our dog when she suffered a back injury. Dr. Ko performed emergency surgery on Sunday morning and kept us up to date on her progress. Our dog is now home and expected to make a full recovery. Thank you to everyone there.

  First of all we would like to thank the veterinarian and all the staff at Powers Pet Emergency for the immediate and excellent care that our dog received after her injury.
  I showed up at their door step with my bleeding dog and without having to say much besides "my dog was bitten", Anna grabbed my dog and ran off with her. Minka was treated immediately and I was kept informed the entire time. She had to stay overnight due to the severity of her injury and possible needed surgery. We called several times to check on her and always were able to speak with somebody that was in charge of her care.
  The veterinarian on staff explained all our treatment option and cost involved.
  Minka is on the mend due to the wonderful and compassionate care she received.
