My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Potozkin for approx. 15 years. He has been extremely helpful with skin services and his staff runs like a fine Swiss watch. His staff is caring and professional at all times. My husband has gone through 5 treatments of Fraxel Repair CO2 and we have seen incredible results.

As a woman who is coming up on a "big birthday"...I've been dreading the photos, parties and events as I graduate into a new decade of aging. I told Dr. Potozkin I wanted to reduce my signs of aging, and hoped for renewed confidence (to feel young and look cute) while celebrating this milestone with my friends and family. ... Dr. Potozkin kindly listened to my preferences and treated me like a VIP. I was very impressed by the staff and office. I really liked how he related to me and I was confident he was going to treat me with the same goal that I had...to look and feel my best. --- This was a First Class experience! I will definitely return and I highly recommend his office. My treatment looks nice and natural.

I'm usually seen right on time and he's usually able to schedule my appointments in a timely manner. His office staff is extremely competent and friendly. Overall time and again just a great experience, wish all the Drs could operate their offices with the same efficiency and sensitivity to patient needs! -
