I called Positive Pest Management about a moth problem in my apartment. I first spoke with an answering service and received a call back within 15 minutes. Benett was incredibly helpful and informative and listened patiently while I described the moths and asked him a bunch of questions. He gave me advice on what to look for and at what point I would need his services. I ended up not needing professional extermination but if I ever do in the future will absolutely be calling Positive Pest Management.

Larry was awesome. He was very thorough and explained some best practices to keep my apt pest-free! He came out on a Sunday, showed up right on time (and on short notice!) and could not have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend their services. Other places didn't even call me back.

He and everyone I have talked to are all professional, efficient, courteous, responsive and patient. Providing excellent customer service is very high on their list. I highly recommend them to anyone who value excellent service. What they charge for their impeccable service is nominal. I would definitely use them again.
