Drs Platt & Platt has a wide selection of eyeglasses and contact lenses and works with the insurance company allowances to get you the best benefits possible.
We are extremely experienced in contact lens fitting and routinely fit difficult cases such as those with astigmatism, bifocal prescriptions, and corneal conditions- such as kerataconus. We perform thorough, comprehensive eye examinations that include glaucoma and cataract screening. We also perform dilated eye exams to detect eye and systemic diseases that may otherwise go unnoticed- such as diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, optic nerve and retinal disease. Dr Platt friendly and skilled at his job. His office is also trans friendly - I have seen him for years, but recently transitioned, and everyone in his office was quick to switch over pronouns and name. I wish all doctors were this accommodating.

Staff is friendly and Dr. Platt is very warm and funny. I image I am the worst patient he has. I have trouble letting him get close to my eyes and even letting him give me drops. However, he has had an amazing amount of patience with me and jokes that its a good thing I don't need contacts...yet. He answers all my questions. I never feel rushed. And even though I don't wear glasses, they seem to have nice options at the office. Would recommend to anyone.

My first experience at Dr. Platts office went very well, Dr. Platt greeted me at the front desk area and gave me paper work to fill out. The assistant was very nice and the front desk woman was also. All the way to Dr. Platt who made me feel very comfortable and made my eye exam easy and relaxing. There were many frames I had to choose from and I picked a pair I was very pleased with. I will defiantly be returning!
