  #1 Local Bike Shop in Plano, and probably North Dallas. Kim is very polite and friendly. Rick is a great owner. Their mechanics are also very knowledgeable and polite.

  I went in this morning to buy myself a bike. Why? I don't know, I just wanted to be active and do something else besides boring running. I did my research and I knew I wanted to get the most bang for my buck with a Giant. I went to the store to check them out. Greg helped me out and was super friendly and answered all my questions. I'm a quick decider so I went for it.
  Later on at night, about 20 minutes before they closed my family and I showed up. My wife wanted a bike since I got one and wanted to tag along. Anyways, we show up and I look out for Greg and he again was friendly, remembered our earlier conversations and let my wife try out bikes she liked and then even my daughter walked out with a bike. They stayed open 30 minutes after closing time and were very friendly the entire time. My two year old was running around taking bells from the sales racks and Greg engaged him in a very friendly way and my son even started asking questions and he is usually shy.
  Good place and atmosphere. Will definitely be my place to go to for my future bike stuff needs.

  Plano Cycling and Fitness has everything you need if you are a bike enthusiast...if you're a novice, the friendly and knowledgeable staff will help guide you...if you are at expert level, you'll enjoy discussing the latest in cycling with the customer focused staff! This establishment is a local "go to" for all things bikes! You can't help but trust a business that's been in operation since 1973!!!!
