  ... The crew that came was prompt and efficient, got the work done and cleaned up afterwards. They were supposed to install the hot water heater the same day, but Mike had a couple of hours one day, so stopped by and installed it early. Then on one of the first really hot days we had this year, I turned on my air conditioning and got nothing. I called Pioneer and Mike came by the next day. He immediately diagnosed that when they had installed the furnace, two wires were reversed and so the A/C didn't work. He fixed it in about 10 minutes and there was no charge. I couldn't be happier with this company! And they offer a 10 year warranty!

  By far one of the most reliable, honest and professional companies I've ever hired. I had originally called Pioneer Gas to help me in the midst of a snow-storm crises where my furnace decided to up and quit. I suspected that my 23+ year old furnace had seen better days, so I wasn't surprised by the "bad news" ... But what was surprising is they didn't try to sell me the most expensive model, but were honest about my needs. They also discovered that I had a secret "second" filter in the house that needed to be replaced. They didn't charge me for this, and since then my furnace can now breath, and I'm more then warm enough with a lower heating bill.

  from the phone call to the person who came to our house it was all smooth. The person who came to the house to do the repair was nice, personable and knowledgeable. Offer various options and even did a second assessment in another unit. He showed his concerns and what would he recommend and the level of priority.

  Let's just say Magnificent Mike came out this morning and replaced our igniter. After waking up to a 54 degree house and the temp outside dipping well below freezing, Mike made our day first by answering the phone and second by coming out and fixing our broken furnace. My husband was dialing for repairs this morning and between answering machines and "maybe we can come out in a week" responses, Mike made our day!

  Everyone I worked with at Pioneer was awesome!
  
  I had an issue the weekend after my furnace was installed (which ended up being because of the electrical work I'm doing myself, not anything on their side). The owner came out to my house on a Saturday within about an hour of me calling and found the problem. ... They also installed a gas line to my stove and even hooked it up for me.
  
  They weren't the absolute lowest quote I got, but they were pretty darn close, and they had fantastic service. Hire them!
