  I was so pleased with the service we received from Photo Finish Janitorial...Kenneth was our carpet technician and he did a great job thoroughly cleaning our carpets. He arrived on time and cleaned our 2 bedroom,hallway and staircase in about an hour. I will be using this company again ,when we need to have our laminate floors done. Satisfied customer!

  Totally deserving of a 5 star rating! Kenneth came right on time for the appointment I scheduled. He went way above and beyond the cleaning I expected and totally blew my wife and I away with how clean our carpet it!

  They advertise a $65 special for 3 rooms & doesn't include any type of cleaner or spot treatment. The 1st thing they do is try and up sell you so its not really a carpet cleaning more of a rinse. ... He would charge $125 for the house and $75 for the sofa which included spraying the whole house with cleaner and spot treatment and they did a great job and sprayed deoderizer when they finished. I won't hire anyone off the bandit signs on the street anymore

  I was pleased with the result. I had three rooms and a staircase cleaned. Most dirty spots were removed except for a small faint area in one of the rooms. Overall, I would highly recommend this company!

  Photo Finish did a great job cleaning my carpets after one of our dogs had a potty on it. The owner James was able to get me scheduled right away and the tech was courteous and polite. I like the fact that the product they used didn't leave behind a strong odor.
