These guys are awesome! When I think of a phone repair store I think of a grungie guy behind a counter in a darkly lit store with parts and clutter all over the place.

Their space is amazing - super clean look and very inviting. The service was prompt and informational - not pushy or sales-y. Pricing seemed more than reasonable and the free beer they poured me was from a local brewery - delicious.

Great service! What a refreshing way to have your phone repaired. Very transparent process. I sat and watched as they repaired my phone. The place is clean and welcoming, not stacked with old computers like most other phone shops. Repairs were performed while I waited, not sent out to some shady shop somewhere. Finally a place you can trust to fix your phone with quality parts and great service. Plus a great latte!

Absolutely fantastic service professionals. I came into their store twice prepared for the worst - once for a cracked screen, and again for when I damaged the replacement internally. Phone Love instead went above and beyond to solve both problems, throughout showing me the process and fixing the phone right in front of me. Few other companies - and certainly no phone repair company - I have experienced have ever given the same pervasive sense of goodwill towards the customer as Phone Love!

(a) Open service bays, (b) Expert explanation, (c) Extraordinary atmosphere. If more businesses worked to create this type of experience, they would be thriving and not obsessed with competition and price. This is a living example of a "Blue Ocean" strategy come to life for any of you MBAs out there. -

Met with Brian to go over an issue charging my iPhone 6+. He was very informative and even went far to show why my phone was damaged by explaining the difference between a good vs. a bad cord. I never did the research myself but wish I had. The chips are inexpensive but the expertise to do this repair isn't. Still worth it than spending the money for a new phone. The tech even delivered the phone to me on his way home! Not part of their normal services but I appreciate it very much as I need my phone for work. I will absolutely be back for any repair work needed in the future.
