Kyle was great! My grout was blackened and the before-and-after were amazing. He went ahead and spent extra time to make sure my tile grout was as clean as it was supposed to be when the house was new.

Carpet stains are gone. He took his time and made sure that the problem areas got the attention they needed. My flooring needed someone with attention to detail, and that's what they got. I'm a super happy customer. -

Kyle was personable, quick, and did an awesome job on the repair - very professional. The carpeting at a door threshold was ripped up by our dog pretty severely twice now. Scheduling an appt was easy and we received a discount for being a repeat customer. Phoenix Carpet Repair is the best. I know it. You know it. Everyone knows it.

Called them due to pet damage to some of my fairly new carpets. Brandon came out and was excellent. On time, did quick work and now you can't even tell the carpet was ever damaged. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs carpet work done.

The beater bar on my vacuum had snagged the Berber carpet in a bedroom and pulled a long strand out of the carpet backing right where the carpet met the bathroom tile. A nice sized chunk of carpet was unraveled! Brandon was able to stretch the carpet so it looks like new. He truly worked a miracle. This is the second time Phoenix Carpet Repair has done fantastic work at my home. And I was very lucky that Brandon was able to fit me in within an hour of my original inquiry.
