I absolutely love Dr. Jill Moore! She's extremely professional, caring and thorough. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good dermatologist. By far, she is the best dermatologist that I've ever seen. I also really like her assistant, Dory!

Nicely surprised that Dr. Rich was able to address the damage to my right middle fingernail during my first visit. I also learned about supplementing my diet with Biotin to strengthen my fingernails and, as a side benefit, my hair. Thanks for a great visit, Dr. Rich and the rest of the staff!

As always, I appreciate Chris's welcome at check-in. Chris is pleasant and helpful. The second most important thing to a patient is wait time, and I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes. Dory and Amy, both professional in their patient approach, were efficient and pleasant, and I left having had all my questions answered.

I like everyone I've connected with in this office. Chris is a first-rate front office person, and I've had several interactions with him. Always friendly and helpful. As was Julia, when I met her on my last visit. I trust Dr. Moore to see what needs to be seen and treat me with kindness and respect. She is down-to-earth and always asks if there are any other questions. A lot of patience. Amy was also considerate and informative.

You will always receive the best care here. They know what they are doing and use the latest technology in skin care. I go here every year for a good overview of my moles. I have a history of melanoma on both sides of my family so I always make sure to get a yearly check up. Dr. Rich has an amazing bedside manor. She is very patient and thorough. I never feel rushed. She does a good job of checking everywhere including my scalp for any signs of abnormalities. Her assistant Dr. Jill Moore is someone I tend to see more as of late as Dr. Rich is now focusing on finger and toe nail issues. Dr. Moore is great. Very attentive. I have only had one mole removed and it was painless. Good job of localized anesthesia by the assistant and the procedure was quick. I always feel I am in good hands at this office.
