Now i know where to take my laptop to, if i have any problems in the future! It was very frustrating to deal with a laptop that has many virus pop-ups etc, esp as I am about to take online classes soon! therefore I decided to give it a try at this Philly Tech place (thanks to Yelp for this recommendations and reading the 5 stars reviews was def a YES for me to try it out) to see if they can fix the problems. Keith( owner) was very helpful before and after fixing the laptop, and knows what he was doing too, my laptop works perfectly nowthe price he charged was very reasonable and worth it! He even delievered it to us at no charge at all. I would recommend this place to whoever wanted their computer fixed and there's a whole lotta services he offers too. Thank you Keith for your hard work, keep it up :)...

Want to throw my hat into the rink recommending Keith. I tried other small, local tech shops and they were much harder to get in touch with, make an appointment with and weren't as good in their communication skills. Also, Keith fixed my computer! I am glad that yelp led me to him and hope others find him.

I can highly recommend Keith. My Dell all in one desk top totally crashed. There was really nothing that could be done for it. I needed to trash it but before I did I needed to get the hard drive out of the computer. That is where Keith comes in. Not only was he able to do this for me but did it in a very quick period of time. He even came and picked up my computer. His price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and it is great to know that someone so good is in my neighborhood. Hopefully, I will not need his services for my new computer for some time but it is good to know that he is there and that I do not have to rely on the services from Dell which can be pretty horrible. Again I highly recommend Philly Tech Help and Keith!!
