  Windy is amazing. I love my facial/eyebrow wax appointments. I leave feeling fresh and relaxed. Not only is Windy a talented Esthetician, she is a remarkable person. She is beautiful inside and out. She makes you feel welcome and comfortable no matter what service you are having. She treats you like she would treat her best friend. You can't go wrong seeing Windy for all of your esthetics needs.

  This is a top-notch esthetician. I have had my share of services with no-so-great an experience. Today I had the pleasure of a brow wax, brow tinting, a facial and....the dreaded bikini wax! ...

  Windy is incredible. She is such a genuine person. I started getting my eyebrows done by her 2 years ago and stopped for no other reason than my crazy schedule. I came back to her today to get my eyebrows done and a facial. ... She truly loves what she does and it shows. I am now going to get facials regularly :-) Thank you Windy!!

  Windy is so incredibly amazing. She takes care with me as a client, considering my needs and making recommendations as she sees fit. For example, I've gone in to get my lashes done and she recommends an eyebrow waxing. Now, this is not an up sell. Let me tell you, these little caterpillars needed some serious help! And when I said I always break out from waxing, Windy took extra care to reduce my reaction to the wax. My lashes are some of the best I've seen and Windy is meticulous in her execution. ...
  Personal Touch is located in the lovely Pavillions in Sacramento. If I could change anything, I would clone Windy so there were more people out there to experience her amazing services!!
