  Roland was great!! Proactive and timely. I sent out a request and heard from him within 24 hours and he made a point to come out within 48 hours even though it wasn't an emergency. He simply fixed my clogged sink without trying to sell me on other services or repairs. Appreciate his due diligence!

  I contacted Roland to get a quote on a backed up storm drain; he got back to me quickly and scheduled the estimate for less than 48 hrs later. ... He was so friendly and professional; this was a great experience! I highly recommend Roland and will be keeping his info handy in case of any future issues.

  Excellent service! They were able to schedule an appointment on short notice on a weekend, and the plumber who came out was both intelligent, informative, and honest. You can't really ask more from a plumber. Thank you Roland! I am recommending this to all my Philadelphia friends.
