  Minh did a great job for me installing a new cassette, tuning derailleur, and freeing up a sticky control lever. They've ALWAYS done great service for me!

  Whenever I need bike repairs or accessories, Performance Bicycle is the place to go for me. I've gone to multiple bike shops from Richardson and Plano, but this is by far my favorite place to go!
  
  The staff are extremely helpful and are always willing to help with anything you need. They have a wide variety of bike accessories, parts, and fully assembled bikes to purchase. If you're looking for quick bike repair jobs, the service is quick and affordable. Whenever I need to change out the tires on my bikes, it literally takes minutes for them to do it and the labor is super cheap compared to other places! If you're needing a big repair on bikes, they're pretty baked up most of the time, and could take weeks for a large bike repair to be finished. Although the work takes a while, the bike repairs are quality! Performance Bicycle also has a wide variety of bicyclist clothing and brands and energy gels if you're looking for some workout nutrition.
  
  They also have a loyalty program that gives you rewards with the payment of an annual fee of $30. If you're an avid biker and constant shopper, I'd join!

  What a great place!! I had been thinking about getting a mountain bike. So I'm new to all of this. These guys explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable about what I am getting into. They went so far as to build a couple of bikes for me to try out since they didn't have them on the floor. They had no problem with the fact I didn't like either of those. But they found me one that I really like. This is definitely my go to place for my cycling needs.

  Awesome bike shop. They really know their stuff. Have bought 2 bikes from them in the past few years. Great prices and selection. They take their time to explain stuff and don't try to oversell you on stuff you don't need. They often sell their own brand of bike, which can save you hundreds for what is essentially the same bike as a name brand.

  This Performance Bicycle store is our "go to" place for clothing and accessories. For a small store they have a lot of merchandise to pick from. They run great sales quite often and we always feel like we are getting a fantastic deal. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store!
