  Anthony recently did a home inspection for us on a property investment and he was GREAT! We did a walk through the house with him after he had thoroughly gone through the home himself. He pointed out all of the most important problems during the walkthrough and made sure we understood the severity of each problem. The inspection report was SUPER easy to read which included observations and most importantly the recommendations on what was necessary to avoid significant problems in the future. If we ever needed another inspection, I would call him first!

  I was so pleased with the inspection that Anthony Barber performed on the home that I was about to purchase in Portland, OR. He did a very detailed and lengthy inspection of all the components of the home and delivered a report in a timely manner. He then went over he report item by item so that I had a very clear picture of what needed to be addressed so that I could make an informed decision about my purchase. He took his time, made himself available to me when I had questions, and put my mind at ease while dealing with what could sometimes be a very stressful process. Kudos to Peregrine Home Inspection!

  Tony inspected a very old home for me that I was purchasing for an investment. He did a great job and was truthful about the work that needed to be done. He was informative and took his time explaining the pros and cons of purchasing a home this old. I would recommend him and use him again. His prices competitive and his work impressive.
