  ... Since I'm a single mom I worry about getting taken advantage of especially in the worlds of mechanics and HVAC so I started diagnosing my own AC unit, I wanted to seen educated and not get over charged or worse lied to and be told I needed a whole new system. Well Jose kept his word and come by that same day and he was 100% honest with me. He confirmed the problem I assume it was and didn't try to over charge me or try to inflate the problem. Jose is a wonderful example of excellent customer service and honesty. I will be referring him to all my friends and family.

  Our A/C went out today and I made several phone calls to find a fast, reasonably priced company to come out to my house. I called Pepcal because I saw all the awesome reviews online and I spoke to Jose, he was literally here within 30 min, he gave me a quote over the phone which just blew everyone else out of the water, and when he got her he got right down to business and finished fast. My A/C was up and running within minutes!!! I am extremely impressed with the fast and professional service I received today. If you need anyone to come out same day, fast, honest and a good price for your A/C service PLEASE CALL PEPCAL!!! You will not regret it!!

  Excellent customer service!! I moved away from SA and had to end up renting my home. When the AC when out, I was worried of being overcharged because I wouldn't be available to see what was being fixed; but that was not the case. I am so glad I went with Pepcal. I was expecting for someone to tell me to wait a day or two for help however he was able to squeeze us in as same day service. He is friendly, understanding, reliable and honest!

  BEST SERVICE EVER! WOW JUST WOW!! Very new to San Antonio, just moved here 3 months ago, took a chance and called Pecal. Talk about RAPID service and honest pricing, best decision ever. Called at 5:30 driving home from work, literally. Pepcal got there to my house in less than 30 minutes from the time that I called. ... I am extremely satisfied with his expertise in fixing my home ac unit. You have ac problems then call Pepcal, don't suffer in this San Antonio heat when Pepcal is just a phone call away! Jose you're the best and God Bless You!!

  Jose helped me get out of a bind last year when my a/c went out. So, during Memorial Day had problems with my A/C so I called him again. Great work, gave me options and decided to replace my whole unit. Worked around my schedule and offers financing. Now I have peace of mind with my new Trane unit. Thank you Jose for all the great work!!
