When I first started riding I bounced around to a few bike shops, but always felt like the immediate sale was more important than the service or anything else. Finally found what is now like a second home in Pedal Power. Not only do they pair top notch mechanic services with flat out rockstar customer service, but they make you feel at home, like one of their own. With group rides on multiple nights at different shops, they also throw a free BBQ after the road rides. These guys are vested in each one of their customers and in my case have been integral in hooking up that cycling iv, and getting not only hooked, but also have learned things from all facets of cycling from mechanical to technology to skills on the bike.

Over the course of many years my family and I have been loyal Pedal Power customers...way back when they sold exercise equipment (yup, they really did!). So when it was time to say Good-bye to my ancient Schwinn mountain bike, I knew just where to go. As usual, the experience was excellent from start to finish. I could not have asked for more knowledgeable, friendly, or helpful people...not to mention how fast the service was when the bike needed some adjustments. Thank you all so much! ...

Had a great experience shopping for my new bike at Pedal Power. I was an easy sell because I had done some research and knew what I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised to find the next model up the Specialized Sirrus line on sale for not much more with some significant upgrades. I spoke with two different sales people (Brian mainly) and both were super friendly, knowledgeable and no hard sell. The bike was set up while I paid for it so I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The bike includes multiple tune ups in the 1st year so I know it will be well maintained. Thanks Pedal Power!

Just upgraded my bike from the Middletown location. They easily spent three hours with me going over what type of riding I would be doing, frequency, and intensity. No pressure sales here at all! They brought bikes in from other locations for me to test and when I made the decision for what bike I wanted they mounted accessories the same day! ...
