I’ve had really fast, reliable, professional service. The price is comparable to other bike shops which is to say a little on the high side. But I believe you need to pay a premium if you want someone else to work on your bike. I’m happy to pay the extra money in order to have the bike work get done quickly and professionally.

I've been going to pedal for years and they really are a great group of folks. They have knowledgeable staff who are eager to help get you in the bike best suited for your needs. They are super busy as a result, but I've definitely had them go above and beyond for me on a number of occasions!

I got there and the shop was closed. Someone was sitting in his car and got out, and I unlocked the doors. He not only gave me a free bicycle tube, he also installed. Which made him late for the party that he was going to attend. He also did it very joyfully. I am able to go for a bike ride today because of him. When an incredible person. They will have my business for life.
