  After price-checking against some competitors, I chose this place. It is without question the best (ask for John and Cody!). I'm a nervous type, and was worried about how the service would go with my cats and furniture. They were fast, kind, and importantly *effective*. The price was exactly as had been quoted, and John and Cody cleaned quickly and thoughtfully, and were out in a dash. They made sure to point out what was possible and wasn't (stain wise), helped set the place up for quick drying, and gave me the some merch after it was all over! For sure, Peace Frog has my business for life.

  We had Peace Frog come out to do the carpet cleaning at our business offices. Jason was the technician, and he did a terrific job of communicating about what we could expect, working to get the stains out of several areas, and being friendly and professional. We'll contact Peace Frog again, for both business and home cleanings! Also, the PF office worked with us on our short time frame and need to get the work done quickly.

  My experience with Peace Frog was really remarkable. It was my first time ever having upholstery cleaned and it was seamless. From start to finish from booking to the technician at my house was a real example of professionalism. John the technician arrived exactly on time and did a wonderful job. Sometimes when people give you or go through all there company speal you can really tell that it's rehearsed. Not with John at all. The whole time it just seemed that he was being genuine and then to find out when I gave a review on there own website he was supposed to do these things...just added to the wow factor. As for the price I don't think that there is any room for a complaint, especially when it comes to the level of service. I promise you that I will be using Peace Frog again and I will most certainly recommend them to anyone.

  My carpet cleaning tech was SAL (give the kid his bonus!) and from the moment he showed up, positive vibes and a determined, friendly work ethic permeated the apartment. This definitely took stress out of the situation, as we had stains I was worried would not get out very easily. But room to room Sal took careful time treating and cleaning the apartment, proudly walking me through his process as he went.
  At one point his vacuum fell and lightly brushed the wall, I wasn't paying attention but he came to me and explained what happened, no damage at all to the wall but I appreciated his honesty and dedication to customer service.
  He was quick too--an estimated 90 minutes came out to 60! All in all hands-down some of the best customer service I've had in Austin, regardless of business or price range. I would strongly recommend choosing Peace Frog, I literally couldn't imagine anyone in town beating them on craft or customer service. You even get a free coffee mug out of it, and who doesn't like frog coffee mugs??

  Booked a service with Peace Frog based on the positive Yelp reviews. My Great Dane had been using our beige couch as a bed and was in serious need of a cleaning!
  
  Sam at Peace Frog got me all set up over the phone. He was super nice and the process went smoothly. Prices were way more affordable than I had imagined.
  
  Steve showed up to clean my couch and area rug on time. He gets HUGE bonus points for taking extra time to get previously mentioned, very skittish Great Dane to warm up to him and feel comfortable with him moving around our small efficiency. This is such a relief for me - I appreciated it SO much!
  
  Cleaning went quickly and smoothly. Steve was in and out in about an hour.
  
  Overall everything was exactly as described, easy to book, on time, affordable. Everything you could ask for. Plus, clean couch and rug!
