  I used Bob for my home inspection and he was very thorough and helpful! Even though there wasn't anything wrong with the house, he did take the time to point out and explain the potential problematic areas that may spring up in the future (e.g. Pipe below kitchen sink that's in early stages of rusting which may require repair later on down the road)! ... . Regardless, Bob was immensely helpful and is super professional! Highly recommend!

  I needed a home inspection quickly for my client and meeting Bob from PCA Inspections was perfect. He is very responsive, detailed, knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. He not only explained each finding, answered all my questions and concerns but also gave alternative solutions to each finding along with Joe from Silver Eagle Termite & Pest Solutions for termite inspection. The inspection reports are completed quickly and concisely. Bob is definitely YES for home inspection!

  Bob is the inspector's inspector. He makes sure to search your house from top to bottom. He is able to find a way into the places that are called "inaccessible" in the sellers inspection (or lack thereof) to let you know the true risk. He is fast, accurate, and knows what improvements to make immediately and what to wait on. Additionally, he has a great network of contractors, electricians, etc. to recommend. Excellent experience and made us feel much more comfortable going into closing. I highly recommend Bob for buyers AND sellers!

  As a realtor, I have no hesitation recommending Bob to all my clients for their home inspections. Bob is responsive, experienced, and always available for any follow up questions. He completes his inspection reports thoroughly and uses his background as a licensed contractor to provide in-depth analysis to my clients. Definitely a 5-star recommendation, without question!

  Bob from PCA Inspections helped me in doing a property inspection on my new home I was purchasing. He was great and very knowledgable. He was thorough in his inspection and extremely helpful taking the time to point out certain issues with the property and he took the time to explain all of his findings and what they would mean to me for now and in the future. Because of his findings I was able to save myself some money and have the seller fix issues that would have fallen on me as a buyer.
