  The technicians were amazing and so patient with me! They ran so many diagnostics, answered all of my questions (and many of my phone calls). I would recommend this place to anyone!

  ... I've brought my company server here, and my personal desktops too, whenever a problem arises that I don't have the knowledge or skill to fix, and the answer isn't readily available on line.
  
  They have never failed to source the error and repair it or identify a viable work around. Special shout out to Josh Odegard; he is an extraordinarily gifted technician.
  
  I will keep coming back.

  Josh is always a real help. Everytime we have an issue with anything PC related Josh comes to our rescue. Always great working with him and his fast fingers.

  Time for another "above and beyond" story. PC Werks took in my old Alienware laptop Area 51 M7700 to upgrade from Windows NT to Windows 7 Pro. Robert and the crew had to struggle to find a bunch of drivers for this old beast. At first they were going to give up but did not and I am writing this review on my Area 51 Alienware running Windows 7 Pro.
  
  It's worth the drive to Garland if you need serious PC help. I know I'm going back. I'd like more hard drive and more RAM.
  
  I'm a huge fan of PC Werks.
