  These guys at Pc Paramedics have been extremely helpful. I have had a choice of ordering or having them build a custom computer for me. I'm glad I went with this place. Staff super nice, helpful, and fast. I will be going there from now on!!

  I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Mike and Ryan were both very courteous and professional. They had my computer up and running in record time! I highly recommend this company! I will certianly be using them in the future.

  These guys stand behind their work. I took my daughter's iPad mini to PC Paramedic in Mint Hill for a screen replacement. The device was pretty banged up, so I wondered whether it could be fixed at all. They made the repair for what I considered to be a fair price. Unfortunately, the home button stopped working after two months of use. Ryan, at PC Paramedic, said their repair was still under warranty; so they put on a new screen & fixed the home button, all at no additional charge. I'm very satisfied with their service and happy to recommend them.

  The staff recovered our data after a weather bolt surged past our surge protector. It was a blessing in disguise. The team upgraded our hardware, enhanced software security, and resynched all devices, tablets, i-phone, and tv networks to optimize performance. We are used to professional IT in our workplace, but this group was exceptional! They have just been designated an Apple authorized service provider. No more indignities at the Genius Bar. Their competence, service and enthusiasm was above and beyond. Perfect location between SouthPark and Ballantyne.

  These people (especially Tony) are wonderful. I had a very complicated install (128 GB RAM, 8 Monitors, 5 hard drives). Due to problems with Windows 10 (could not handle more than 7 monitors), Tony on his own time spent hours trying to diagnose problem and finally was able to successfully install everything right.
  I have not seen anybody go so out of the way to ensure customer satisfaction.
  More than satisfied.
  More than happy to recommend to everyone.
