I have been a customer of PC ASAP at Frankford & Tollway since 01/2013 (5 years) and they have always been courteous and very quick to assess and repair any problem I experienced with my laptop. They are very good to offer guidance on what to do to prevent whatever issues your're experiencing in the future too. I went in with my mom's laptop about a week ago that had a ruined charging unit because my little cousin decided to plug in headphones into the charging port, they took it back instantly for an assessment and called me back only 5 minutes later to tell me that it had been fixed! And they didn't even charge me anything! Extremely quick, kind and helpful service. I've been before also with my laptop and they fixed my problem then as well. Thankful for their services.

My laptop was experiencing issues, so I looked up repair shops. PC ASAP was the fourth nearest to me, but it had the best reviews. I went in and was greeted kindly. Turns out, the mere aura of the shop can repair electronics. My laptop suddenly had no issues, and the employee did not make me feel embarrassed for wasting his time. I see how it makes sense that they had the best reviews.
