  Our A/C stopped working late on a hot Friday afternoon. A panic call to Pasterkamp heating & A/C was promptly answered and a technician arrived within two hours. he was competent and clearly well trained. he found the fault, i.e. a leak in the refrigerant line, repaired it, recharged the refrigerant to capacity and returned the house to its old pleasant environment. We could not have asked for better and prompt service.

  Pasterkamp was amazing. We have an old house that needed a complex HVAC solution. This was not your ordinary installation. Other HVAC companies gave limited options that included demolition, or do-overs. The rep from Pasterkamp was patient, and willing to explore many different options to find the perfect solution. The two workers who came in to do the project were excited with the challenge (which earned them super hero status in my book). They were courteous, and managed the mess. The project lasted days longer than expected due to unexpected complications, and they NEVER became frustrated with the project. Pasterkamp and their team was an absolute pleasure to work with - professional, and they did exactly what they promised at the price they quoted.

  We've worked with Pasterkamp twice now. The first time was for our boiler. We thought we'd need a new boiler, but the guy (who came immediately at the end of the day!) really knew what he was doing and changed a small part. This was two years ago and still going strong. More recently, they came right over and fixed or AC. Very prompt service, courteous and knowledgeable employees, reasonable prices. Strongly recommended!

  We've used Pasterkamp Heating for our home heating system for over 20 years. They installed our current hot water heating system about 10 years ago and are the only company we have used to maintain it. Their service is top notch and reliable. Their technicians are experienced professionals who have been with them for years. My wife and I give Pasterkamp Heating the highest marks.

  We were looking to buy and install a new mitsubishi split air system. We called many plumbers and got many quotes. We chose to go with Pasterkamp because they have tremendous experience with these systems, offered a competitive price, and have a long established presence/relationship in the community. Like many projects there arose some unforeseen issues, once addressed, they were quickly resolved. In fact Jim Pasterkamp personally got involved, visited our installation, and worked personally to make sure the project was done and done right. I could not be happier with the unit or the installation/service provided by Pasterkamp. I would recommend them to all.
